Primeiro enfeite de Natal ~ First Christmas ornament

This heart has become an excellent gift for the first Christmas of children under one year. Usually they have won so many things in the Birth and Baptism, that Christmas comes and is one of the questions what present them. The idea is, that this is their first Christmas ornament that will follow them for the rest of their life. Always have a special place in the Christmas tree or a brand of door, cabinet or window. When ordered I could also add a name and year that the kid won.
I was reading a Christmas poem from the dear poet Cora Coralina from Goiás (1889-1985) which states:

"There are lots of stock in our hearts and does not cost a penny!"

Frutas natalinas ~ Christmas fruit

There are Christmas traditions that never change and this is very good! One of mine is a little angel filled with cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg and anise that is in many variations on the album "A little angel is always good" in the gallery.Another is always fruit in terms of decorating Christmas dinner. Here in Brazil we have grapes, pineapple, melon, watermelon and plums on the table. In Europe, the decoration is made with apples and oranges. The oranges give a special scent when they are adorned with carnations. In the rooms warm with the fire of fireplaces and candles is a magical environment, how is Christmas Eve. The children in Germany receive a plate of biscuits, chocolate, and fruit on Christmas Eve to delight them. It is so much that lasts several days. Unforgettable!

Smells of Christmas .... in fruits and in my little angel, who always does well!

Está chegando ~ Is coming!!!!

Christmas is coming too, with its perfume of spices, mince pies, biscuits, stollen, but I'm more thinking about the Advent Calendar, which begins on the first day of December! With its sweets, chocolates and here, with my angel that has 24 short stories of Christmas.
I had a pleasant surprise a few weeks when I found unexpected a book, of course, with 24 short stories of Christmas. "Mystery of Christmas" is Jostein Gaarder, a Norwegian, famous for his other book "Sophie's World." It tells the story of a father and son walking into a bookstore quite magical. I'm saving to start reading when December begins. It will be my calendar. A story a day, as it should be with my angel 24 little tales.

A story a day, I swear, I will not look at the next page, Witch's word !!..:-)

Peter, o pastorzinho ~ the little shepperd

.... hee...hee.....brincadeirinha!!!

My little shepperd Peter will have a mate soon, but this goes to the house of a boy.It was thought for Christmas, but the colors are not traditional Xmas, so it can be a decoration for the whole year, or as it is not glued, to be placed on a shelf or even to be a playmate for all hours. Who has never counted sheeps ??..:-)
I made my first Xmas guarland of this year to match it, but in the gallery is optional, 'cause make wreaths with measure is difficult. It depends on the vines, herbs, will never be equal.Actually, make wreaths is an excellent therapy. When I was searching for material for Peter, I ended up doing many different sizes. Hang on a rack that looks like a Christmas tree now ...
The name Peter came from a tale I know from my childhood, "Peter and the Wolf". It has a very good message for children and adults, which is :: always tell the truth, do not abuse the trust of the people and above all to have respect. Peter, in the book, when he was taking care of the flock liked to call the villagers saying that a wolf was attacking the sheep and when they arrived Peter was laughing and they were furious. After falling in the joke sometimes they have not listen to it again and one day it was true ....

THE WOLF!! THE WOLF!!!! .... hee ..... hee ..... just kidding!

Sapatos sob medida ~ Bespoke shoes

Vinie was one of those jokes that worked. It all started one night when I could not find a single house cork opener. So I thought, is missing here a little angel to bring me a wine bottle opener when I need it! And she's here with her inseparable opener in her pocket. Her shoes are made since the original with sparkling wine corks ..... and now the stock is running out !!!!!

I have two alternatives ... switch to wine cork stoppers that I still have enough or celebrate a lot the coming Christmas and New Year ....:-)

I think I'll toast some extras to help with Vinie's bespoke shoes!!

Ajudantes divertidos ~ Funny helpers

"Algumas semanas antes do Natal, as pessoas estão ocupadas procurando presentes, preparando receitas especiais, arrumando a decoração e nesse vai-e-vem algum enfeite sempre quebra.

The witches party just finished and I am going to the next....Christmas is coming!!!!
For a while I sent an order with "Elves on the shelf". They are in my Photo galery in the album "Dolls" I will now create the album "Christmas basket" to make it easier.
Looking at them I remembered one of the tales of my "Angel with 24 little Christmas tales" that are also now being made.

It is the tale n.12 "Ornaments Repair shop"
"In the days before Christmas people are busy looking for gifts, preparing special recipes, decorating and preparing their homes for the festive season and during this time some decorations and ornaments always break. These pieces are always placed in such a way that the damage won't be noticed or go straight to the trash - in which case the following happens:
When the church bells chime midnight on Christmas Eve elves slip in, by moonlight, and fix all the decorations and replace everything in its proper place. So, if you see an angel with one wing whiter than the other, a wise man with different colours in his crown .....now you know why!"

Ahhhh.....how I wish this help over here!!!!!!!!
