Cada um tem o rosa que merece - Each one has the pink that deserves

Tenho em minha galeria de fotos no álbum "Celeiro" os Ratinhos de Biblioteca, recheados com cravo, em uma variedade de estampas em puro algodão, mas quis um cliente eles inteirinhos em pink. Voilà, aí estão eles!

Ultimamente tenho encontrado vários tons de rosa e o que me agradou mais foram as Cerejeiras japonesas que estão por todo lugar em flor aqui nas montanhas.

Bem agasalhada, um chocolate quente e as cerejeiras. Eu mereço!

I have in my photo galery in the album "Celeiro" the Library mouses, filled with cloves in a variety of prints in pure cotton but a client wanted them only in pink. Voilà, here they are!
Lately I'm observing a several shades of pink and what pleased me most were the Japanese Cherry trees that are everywhere in bloom here in the mountains.

Wearing warm clothes, a hot chocolade and the Cherry trees. I deserve it!

Fé inabalábel - unshakable faith

Hoje é dia de Santo Antonio, protetor do Menino Jesus e dos namorados...:-)Nesta época mais do que nunca ele precisa de uma força. Não são poucas as moças casadoiras rezando, fazendo promessas e mil simpatias para conseguir o almejado amor de suas vidas. Brincadeiras à parte, este é um dos santos com mais devotos no Brasil. No meu, no álbum Bonecas, acompanha um cartão de-para com uma pequena oração. Mesmo em minha família, se algo acontece em que preciso de uma força maior, o que faço? Ligo para minha mãe e peço: "Se apegue com Santo Antonio, por isso... e por isso..." Não sou muito boa nessas comunicações, mas minha mãe tem uma fé inabalável nele e eu....nela....

Meninas, ainda dá tempo, até meia noite ainda é hoje!!!!

Today is Saint Anthony's day, the protector of Jesus child and lovers...:-)At this time more then in others he needs some help. There are not a few marriageable girls praying, making promises and thousand spells to achieve the desired lover of their lives. Jokes aside, this is one of the most devout Saints in Brazil. Even in my family, if something happens where I need a higher power, what I do? I call my mother and say::"Pray for Saint Anthony cause this ... and this..." I'm not good in such communications, but my mother has an unshakable faith in him and I.... in her....

Ninho a dois - Nest for two

Estava procurando uma mensagem especial para o Dia dos Namorados e até ontem não havia definido, até que olhando para os dois passarinhos nos corações menores, que já estão no álbum "Do fundo do coração" pensei que os corações poderiam ser janelas e os dois estariam se paquerando (ainda se fala assim??)
Bem, daí como cupido é minha segunda profissão... eu os uní em um coração só. Interessante, que eu gosto muito de ler mas às vezes me bate uma dúvida sobre crase. Pesquisei na Internet por "a dois" e encontrei milhões de sites citando isso. Bem, é um resultado positivo, eu acho!
Falando em leitura, assisti um filme em que o casal se conhece em uma livraria..:-) .."Dan in real life" com Juliette Binoche e Steve Carell. Uma linda estória dos dois e de uma família muito unida e divertida. Como deve ser mesmo!
Acabo de reler um livro de sucesso de Marian Keyes "Tem alguém aí?" falando da mortalidadedo ser humano e da imortalidade do amor..

Próximo domingo, nada como um "ninho a dois"....:-)

I was looking for a special message for Valentine's day here in Brazil, next Sunday and till yesterday had it not defined till looking the two hearts with each one bird I imagined that the hearts could be windows and they are flirting with each other...
That cupid is my second wish job I created one heart with both together.
Interesting, I like to read very much, but sometimes I've doubts about blacktick. I researched on Internet about nest for two and found millions of sites mentioning of it. Well, it´s a positive result, I guess.
Speacking about reading, I watched a lovely movie where the couple meets in a bookstore.
"Dan in real life" with Juliette Binoche and Steve Carell. A lovely story of the couple and a family very close and funny. How should ever be!
I have just reread a bestseller of Marian Keyes "Anybody out there?" speaking about the human mortality and the imortality of love..

Next Sunday, nothing like a nest for two...:-)

Coração à francesa - French's heart

Interessante como as coisas vão se encaixando...
Este coração já é conhecido, pois eu o bordei em português e inglês. Está na minha galeria, no álbum "Do fundo do coração".
Uma nova cliente me pediu um em francês e me peguei pensando...... "Perfeito!!!"
Na verdade, meu espanto não foi porque a lingua francesa é tão romantica e combina com corações, mas por eu estar à algum tempo pensando em quem iria traduzir meu Calendário 24 pequenos contos de Natal para o francês. Em inglês e alemão já está progredindo...mas e o francês? Bem, minha nova amiga Camilla está tomando conta disso com entusiasmo.
Isso me lembra um filme francês que vi, um conto de fadas moderno chamado "O fabuloso destino de Amélie Poulain" (Le fabuleux destin d'Amélie Poulain). Ela também encontrou soluções de forma criativa.

Vai ficar... très chic..... l'attente!!!!

Interesting how things come together.
This heart is already known 'cause I've stitched it in Portuguese and English.
A new client asked me one in French and I thought with myself.... "Perfect!!!"
Actually, my astonishment wasn't 'cause the French language is so romantic and have all to do with hearts but 'cause it is a while I'm thinking who would help me to translate my 24 little Xmas tales to French!!! In English and German is already in progress..but and French? Well, my new friend Camilla is doing it with enthusiasm!
This reminds me of a French film that I saw, a modern fairy tale called "The fabulous destiny of Amélie Poulain". She also found solutions in creative ways.

The tales are getting... très chic... l'attente!!!!
